C. You get the phone numbers AND the mailing address.
D. 2 days before the party, call them & remind about party. Say, "I presume you are coming? Good! I'm running short on time, do you think you can bring 40 plastic cups (or whatever number)? Thanks. I would love that! If you bring 2 friends, you get a f.ree sample of ____ or whatever. Don't forget the cups & thanks again. Look forward to meeting you!" Why would you do that? Now, they HAVE to come or nobody will have drinks! And they know it. ;-)
E. Have a massage therapist be at the meeting with a vending table, along with a nail tech, etc. Charge these people the "opportunity" to be there--$25 maybe.

G. Serve food & drinks.
H. Make everyone feel at home & welcome.
I. Alternate Story/Product/Story/Product throughout evening.
J. After party, call all the ones who didn't come that got a post card. "You missed a wonderful party! Are you still interested? Want a Spy Box? OK, when can I drop it off?", etc. Get them to a future party.
